These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gb007 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gb007 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and our Services. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Important: By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that all eligibility criteria are satisfied and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information or misrepresenting your eligibility constitutes fraud and may result in criminal prosecution in addition to Account termination.
To create an Account, you must complete the registration form providing accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency. You must select a unique username and strong password meeting our security requirements (minimum 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters).
gb007 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures for all Accounts. You will be required to submit documentation including a valid government-issued identity document (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 3 months), and selfie verification holding your identity document. Verification typically processes within 1-24 hours. Unverified Accounts are subject to deposit limits, withdrawal restrictions, and may be suspended pending verification completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. You agree to immediately notify gb007 of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspected fraudulent activity on your Account. gb007 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account use if you failed to maintain adequate security or notify us promptly of suspected breaches.
gb007 accepts deposits via Indonesian banking channels including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, and other supported Indonesian banks, as well as e-wallet platforms including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status, ranging from Rp 10,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Deposits via bank transfer are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB Monday-Friday) and within 24 hours outside banking hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly. gb007 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose transaction fees beyond our control.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. gb007 reserves the right to request documentation demonstrating the source of deposited funds as part of anti-money laundering compliance. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and funds being returned to the originating payment method.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, with a daily limit of Rp 100,000,000 and no monthly limit for verified Accounts. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as your gb007 Account.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard requests. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawals exceeding Rp 20,000,000 may require additional security verification and may take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically completed within 4-8 hours during business days. E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 2-6 hours. gb007 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing; however, expedited processing options may incur fees disclosed at the time of request.
Before processing a withdrawal, you must meet any applicable wagering requirements on deposited funds or bonus balances. gb007 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are suspected. Accounts with outstanding chargebacks or payment disputes will have withdrawal privileges suspended until disputes are resolved.
gb007 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the applicable promotion, including wagering requirements (typically 20x to 35x the bonus amount), game contribution percentages (slots usually contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%), maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiration periods.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, or any strategic betting designed to guarantee profits regardless of outcome, is strictly prohibited. gb007 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and terminate Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement mandates Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers. Only real money wagers contribute toward wagering requirements; void bets, cashed-out bets, and draw outcomes typically do not contribute. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (usually 30 days) or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
All games on the gb007 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified by independent testing laboratories. RNG systems ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the Platform or players. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent theoretical long-term payout rates calculated over millions of game rounds.
For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results declared by the relevant sporting authority. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to potential delays in odds updates and bet acceptance; odds are considered valid at the time your bet is confirmed. gb007 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome is already determined due to feed delays.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms: using automated betting bots or scripts, engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain, hacking or attempting unauthorized access to Platform systems, and using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions. Violations will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

All content on the gb007 Platform including logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, images, and user interface designs are the intellectual property of gb007 or our licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from gb007.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb007 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer system failures. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gb007, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights, (c) your use or misuse of the Platform or Services, (d) providing false or misleading information during registration or verification, or (e) fraudulent or illegal conduct related to your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where gb007 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English language, with arbitration proceedings held in a neutral jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by both parties. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding arbitration provisions, gb007 retains the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use or infringement of intellectual property rights.
gb007 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for Account closure include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, providing false information, failure to complete KYC verification, abuse of bonuses or promotions, engaging in prohibited activities, insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, or extended Account inactivity exceeding 12 months. Upon Account closure, we will process the return of any remaining verified real money balance, minus any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to gb007. Bonus funds and pending wagers may be forfeited upon closure.
By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from gb007 via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-Platform messaging. Communications may include Account notifications, transaction confirmations, promotional offers, security alerts, and Terms updates. You may opt out of promotional communications through your Account settings; however, you cannot opt out of transactional or legal communications necessary for Account operation. It is your responsibility to maintain current contact information and monitor communications from gb007.
gb007 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, power outages, software malfunctions, or cyberattacks. In the event of force majeure, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and gb007 regarding your use of the Platform and Services, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral. No modification or amendment to these Terms shall be binding unless made in writing and published on the Platform.
